Kalau ini sah , maka yang terjadi :
1. Tidak ada lagi Download Gratis Software, Film , Video, Musik, dan segala konten yang bersifat gratis karena semua telah dilindungi oleh HAKI yang berporos pada SOPA .
2. Tidak ada lagi Jejaring Sosial sebagai media berekspresi ( Twitter, Facebook, Yahoo Koprol dll) semua akan tumbang . dan kita seperti kembali ke zaman tahun 70'an
3. Tidak ada lagi Jual Beli Bisnis Online yang mengatasnamakan kebebasan berkekspresi di dunia maya dan mendapatkan reward atas hasil .

Contoh Kasus:

Saat seorang penonton konser merekam penampilan idolanya lewat ponsel lalu mengunggah ke situs YouTube tanpa izin distributor atau pemegang hak cipta, menurut RUU tersebut YouTube dianggap memfasilitasi pelanggaran hak cipta. Konsekuensinya YouTube harus di-block dan ditutup, dan pengunggah dipidanakan. Alhasil tak mustahil satu situs yang berisi puluhan ribu halaman bisa dimatikan hanya gara-gara satu halaman mengandung unsur pelanggaran hak cipta.

Konami punishes Malicious Players in PES 2012 Online!

Konami is taking some preventive measures for the online mode of Pro Evolution Soccer 2012, and has advised the malicious players, if you disconnect in the middle of matches because they are losing, they will be penalized in the long term.

According to the company, in a model very similar to other online games, PES 2012 each player has a reputation level, which encourages fair play. When a player leaves in the middle of a match that level of trust gradually decreases.

The automated system that finds matches for its opponents, will seek to put players with the same reputation level to play against each other. This means that players cheaters who disconnect during the game, eventually playing with other cheaters.

Players with very low reputation will also be banned from competitions. Konami believes this should be enough to provide a more enjoyable online experience for football fans.

Jon Murphy, head of the European team of Pro Evolution Soccer, commented: “Online is a key element in PES 2012 and we work hard to bring options to improve the competitive factor of the game.”

One small question : Sometimes game disconnects because of ISP (internet providers don’t give 100% uptime, provider issues, IP changes for dinamic IPs, bad weather etc) in the middle of the game, no matter if winning or lossing.
This happens without player beeing a cheater.
Will player still get banned ?

PES 2012 Modes and Functions

2012 will see the return of some old favourites in PES – as well as the first outing for a selection of all-new elements. We take a look at 3 of the biggest:
Training Challenge
Those that played PES on the last generation will no doubt be familiar with the Training Challenge. For those that didn’t, imagine the current training setup – but add a selection of score and time-based challenges, ultimately giving you specific purposes to go out onto the training pitch.
To elaborate, when training in PES 2011 you would simply repeat a scenario until you decided that it was time to hit the showers – whereas Training Challenge sets you a target to complete whilst you’re out on the field. For example: when taking a penalty or free kick, you are presented with three glowing screens across the front of the goal displaying a relevant score. Sending the ball into each screen adds the points to your tally, whilst hitting the lines where two screens meet earns you a score multiplier and the higher your score – the better the ‘trophy’ you earn for that task (bronze silver or gold). There are a number of difficulty levels – starting with simplistic tasks then getting progressively harder.
As you’d expect, it’s relatively straightforward – perform the tasks outlined, and depending on your performance you can earn different rewards. On the surface, it’s nothing more than a side game that might take up a few minutes of your time (when you prise yourself away from the all new AI, or online game modes) – but on another level, it’s a nostalgic nod towards PESs gone by and for someone that has watched the evolution of the entire series, it’s good to see it make a comeback.

With lots of PES 2012 previews being released, we got the confirmation that Liga BBVA is indeed fully licenced in the 2012 edition. If you watch the gameplay video of Real Madrid – Milan which was posted earlier, you can spot a correct Primera Division sleeve patch on Real Madrid’s kits.
We also got to know that the Portuguese league or Liga Zon Sagres found its way into the game, though at this point only three clubs are fully licenced (Benfica, Porto, Sporting), the previews state. So what that means is they have 3 licensed teams, being Benfica, Porto and Sporting Lisbon, while the rest have fake names and kits.
