Here's the fix for those who play online. Council to make to stay current with patches of the forum, however, the choice is yours.
Instructions:
1) Unzip the downloaded RAR anywhere in there.
2) Inside you will find the itaserver already configured to attach to the new enu.exe (no-dvd 1.03), always present in the package.
3) Now that you have copied all the img in the "old" itaserver into the "new" itaserver (C: \ Program Files \ KONAMI \ Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 \ itaserver \ Italian-Style \ img)
4) Uninstall the old itaserver ... and delete it also deleted the old enu.exe.
5) Copy the new itaserver enu.exe and again in C: \ Program Files \ KONAMI \ Pro Evolution Soccer 2011
6) Attach the new itaserver to 'enu.exe
7) Toys
