Include, Manu, Milan, Napoli and Porto (adx files,dt01.img folder and chantlist to demo).
This year sfx sounds are really high (goal volume is good), but… sometimes high,
sometimes low not a problem for the PC.

* Milan 528-532
* Porto 186-187 maybe 188-190?
* Napoli 642-643, maybe more…
This is demo v.1 and these works.
Copy/paste dt01.img to img folder or use AFS Explorer 3.7

(new) I gave the wrong slots for napoli, napoli chants are 641-642. Updated chants to napoli,
I put it more volumes and one new chant, bomsb bangs
